Sachin Tendulkar:- Champion from India

This is a feeling not just for him but every Indian has his own share of  Sachin experiences, the ways it changed their lives. I am happy to belong to that generation that grew up watching Sachin Rise from a Kid next door to a Champions and legend who changed the lifestyle of a sportsperson in India. Sports persons would not have had the same respect if it was not for him It was not just cricket but the way he functioned as a person. Once he s out of field you hardly hear much about him.He gave that positive spirit to every Indian on how simple our lives are. Whenever you are sad, depressed, frustrated,bullied,heartbroken all you need is to hear someone say "Sachin is Batting".You forget every other shit that happened and watch till he s out no matter where or when. There s no religion, there s no caste, there s no class of people when you want to watch him on field. Any shop, house, radio that s playing it is like your friends place.

We are a generation which switched off the TV set s as soon as he got out. It s not because others cant do shit. But it s the persona and the confidence in a man, who can get us across the line if he stays. And the records speak by itself what a Legend he is. No matter what kind of cricket you speak you cannot debate on it unless Sachin is involved. Records just tumbled when he hit a  single run and it was kind of funny at the end. whatever he touches and does turned into a record. One of the weirdest one was SBW(Shoulder before wicket) nobody have or will be out like this in cricket.The best matches everyone talks on will be the Sharjah where he highhandedly destroyed the Aussie attack.The next one would be 200 in ODI, which was said to be impossible till then.The number of times he has got out on 99 will be another record which might have haunted him for a long time. one of the greatest decisions where he showed how important the team is than a individual was when India declared when he was on 194 by Dravid. If it was anyone else out there they would have burst into tears or made a big mess out of it because 194 not out is not a easy thing to swallow.

The most important thing why so many people rally behind him would be very simple,No matter how rich he was he be stayed in his limits and became a role model for everyone. He stayed clear of controversy. He was devoted to his wife and children. He mentored younger players in the team. He never sledged an opponent or dissented from an umpire's decision. Always, he let his bat do the talking


More than a cricketer Sachin influenced many lives is what I feel.He showed the world no matter how a sportsperson is physically if you have the right spirit and determination you can rule the world and nobody can stop you.That s why they call him "A kid who made it big". It s not because he s small but his passion for the game and how he ran like a kid even at the age of  40.So today when watching this last test, the 200th one, everyone is together just to salute the spirit and the struggle to bring India from the ashes to where it is now. There are many who were together with him in this cause like Ganguly, Dravid, Laxman etc. It s because these guys set the standards so high that now every cricketer that s comes in proves his mettle. In the years to come every Indian will aspire to be him and will look up to him in their walk towards Stardom and success
